Run on the Roof 2006The Run-on-the-Roof was a 24-hour running relay that took place from June 16th at 5 pm to June 17th at 5 pm, the one year anniversary of Gary's death. Friends and family of Gary ran and worked at the fundraiser. The run took place on a treadmill located on top of the roof of Madden Physical Therapy Building (in Harrisburg, PA). During the day on June 17th, the fun included clowns, food, and games. The Kids Trust presented their first grants to the following agencies: Rejoice, Inc., ParentWorks, Catholic Charities, and the Mental Health Association of the Captial Region. The first-year Run-on-the-Roof fundraiser was a terrific success! We raised over $46,000!!! Thank you to all those who made contributions, ran, helped out, and/or stopped by.
